Terms and Conditions

Check-in and Check-out
You can check in from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, you can safely leave your suitcases with us. You can also enjoy the pool or visit the beach while you're there. Arriving later due to a delay is no problem. We are available 24/7.

Check-out is until 11:00 AM. Need a late check-out? Ask our host if that's possible! The fee for a late check-out is €45.00. You can then stay in your apartment until 6:00 PM.

Minimum Stay
The minimum stay is five nights. Would you like to stay with us for a shorter period? Please contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone. We're happy to help.

Reservations
You can make a reservation through our website or through an external booking system. You will receive an email confirmation immediately after making your reservation. Your booking is then final.

When you submit a request via email, your reservation is a request. It becomes final once you receive confirmation from us via email.

Payment Terms
We require a 30% deposit within 7 days of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days before arrival, you will receive a 100% refund of your deposit.

If, due to unforeseen circumstances, you need to cancel your reservation within 30 days of arrival, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the reservation value. We recommend that you take out appropriate cancellation and travel insurance for your trip.
